What is the magical sound that is Trance, we all ask, I found this, and its the best answer yet...
Trance is a music genre like no other, every genre is unique in itself but trance is something that stands further all other! Trance is an epic genre full of journeys and harmonical adventures. Every trance tune is unique in itself, with its own beats and melodys.
You hear that strong beat, you hear that pounding bass, you hear that melody...
You Hear Trance!
Trance can give you feelings you never forget, not even when you are in the worst situation will you forget them. The whole trance genre is a mountain filled with different emotions, progressive emotions, uplifting emotions, psychadelic emotions!
You have a favourite tune that you love above all other, and when you put it on, you feel that 'tingeling' feeling that makes your spirit wanna fly away and touch the heavens!
Everytime you hear a song you love you will get this feeling, and trance gives you this shivering feeling, this wonderfull emotion!
Trance is non-commercial, which means that trance is the last thing you hear if you turn on mtv or other commercial channels or radio stations. But trance is getting more playtime now, on tv channels such as Viva and even Mtv. So I wonder for how long trance still will be so non-commercial well, I guess we just have to wait and see for now. Some people hear trance and think in the wrong perspective. Some people associate trance with drugs and other bad issues. 'Why?' I ask - and I can't come up with an answer for it.
Trance stands for itself! Outside all boundries, trance is something we like and they don't, but associating trance with drugs is very wrong, trance is the drug! Its enough drug for all of us, and there is plenty of it!
How many lets say rock artists havent killed themselves while overdosing cocaine?
I don't know and I don't know anyone who knows a trance artist who have killed himself that way! If you raid a Rock consert and a trance party, you will find just as many drugged up people in the rock consert as in the trance party, because drugs are everywhere, not only in trance party, just accept this!
I can't remember how many times I've missed my bus stop because I'm sitting in the back off the bus with my eyes closed listening to trance on my MD and dreaming away.
When I personly listen to trance, im not in there! If someone talk to me while I'm listening to trance, I don't understand because I'm not there. They think I'm listening but I'm not, I am listening to trance. My body is on earth but my mind and spirit is elsewhere! I am in a place where the sun always shines, I am in a place where everyone lives in harmony, no hate, no anger, no death. No bad things at all. Only the music! Only trance!
You can hear your destiny calling you, and you now know that everything will be fine in the future, there is no past, there is no future, becouse you are in the present.... becouse you..... are in Trance!

Music Will Always Be With You.
Music Will Never Lie.

ahh too bad people dont care, u tell them IT'S TRANCE not TRANS then tehy say, whatever still sucks. Ok i personally never been to a rave because i dont need to. but why do people call trance, "rave" I dont know personally i think its annoying.Any my friend says ..TECHNO, trance, rave all the same.. BUT IT ISNT techno is different, but he doesnt care. *sigh*.

i associate trance music with the word rave. Why you may ask? I'll tell you! Because thats what i listen to when im at a rave. Problem solved |
