Do you have to grow through pain to grow as a person?
I've found when I push myself out of my comfort zone and do thing I don't want to do is the only time I really grow. Whether its exercise doing that extra rep, relationship opening up to someone new, or any other aspect of life forcing yourself to improve you weakness instead of staying with your strengths. |

If u werent pushing boundaries, everything would remain constant, therefore nothing would change within yourself either :) |

constant struggle to naturally try to avoid pain and grow to avoid bordom. kinda reminds me of the matrix (first movie) that humans couldn't cope with a happy world without problems. |

| I think we grow and learn lessons through all experiences, whether positive or negative. However I believe we learn more from the negative experiences...we want to change things so the negative experience don't happen again. |
