never did summer school but there are some advantages too it.

you finish a course in 2 months instead of 4 and the years after you don't have to take 5 courses just to stay on track.

Bang on...if there are any high schoolers reading this the BEST way to plan your (in U of T terms) 20-credit, 4 year degree:
4(fall)-1(summer)-4-1-5-1-4

My parents somehow convinced me to finish in 3 years (5-2-6-2-5) hahahaha that was my PLAN!!!!! Didn't work (surprise, surprise!!!) cuz I started working part-time...

whats worse is that the remaining 3 courses of mine are online :(

2 months is definitely way better than 4 months, but I will never EVER go through that hell again.

Thank god I never did the summer school thing. I had friends that did it and they hated it.....then again...the one friend did fail his course.....now that sucks.

ECO100Y1 Tues/Thurs 10-1, Mon/Wed 2-5 or Mon/Wed 6-9. I can't decide which one. The Mon/Wed classes apparently have a better prof, but are at tier times. The Mon/Wed 2-5 class is full, I'm hoping for some dropouts. Evening classes are a pain in the ass, so my interest in that time slot is pretty low.

I'm signed up for summer school, but I think I'll drop it. Gotta work as much as I can to save the money, and that money I would have spent on school I can pay off a chunk of my VISA bill.

Don't know if you've taken a course with that many sections before but it's really easy to get in the one you want:
Make sure you register in one of the sections, keep attending the one you want, and sometime before the first test (i.e. the time when your registration counts) there will ALWAYS be room!

I used to check every morning for it; in the first couple of weeks it would ALWAYS open up! btw, who's the prof?
