Far from it. Nintendo has a lot of money to spend. I'm sure they could go on for another 2 or 3 console races, AT LEAST. |

Actually, this has nothing to do with how SEGA ended up the way it did. After releasing the Saturn, which was QUITE the failure, the Dreamcast was really pushing it and unfortunately they weren't making enough from game and console sales. Nintendo, however, has been around longer and has had half of their consoles become best sellers (Famicom and Super Famicom). That was enough for them to fiddle around for quite a while. |
