guys seriously montreal has it all except the all year great weather and beach, other than that it's THE place to be, all the other places

dudes, i don't know what you guys have been smoking.

But there's plenty of beaches around the city, its not the ocean, but there's nice clean water and fun beaches.

And the weather is to each's one taste, I like the fact that we have 4 distinct seasons, and the cooler ones you can take it more easy and snuggle at home in front of a fire with your gf :D

Summer all year long wouldn't feel the same as our summer cause you would be too used to it and it would feel normal.

IMO what we lack big time and is most notorius:

nice and uniform roads without any holes every second stop...

I esily imagine what tourists from europe used to their roads think when they visit mtl :wtf:

We also lack...
beaches, trance clubs :whip: , outdoor elektro events (ex.:love parade) and of course a credible hip-hop scene (le roi me représente guère :toothless

More outdoor events ANYWHERE in Canada that are like or similar to the love parade, dance valley, mysteryland, etc would be better than what we have now. There is nothing like partying all day outside! :D

I must say though, I do miss Mtl and I think it is just about time for another roadtrip with summer getting near. I haven't been to Montreal since the F1 last year for Tiesto and Mistress Barbara :(

vague = ocean.

Meh, I think I'd rather live in any of those European choices or Sydney. I'm so biased against cold weather I just can't ever say it's the best place to live.

EDIT- Actaully why isn't Vancouver on that list? I know they don;t have the same edm scene but it terms of being the best city to live in. I think for me it would have to be the best, or very close...

with their ty raining weather ????? no thanks
