As much as I don't want to sell this awesome piece of equipment, I must.
The mixer was kept in a dust covered booth and treated with the highest degree of care in a smoke free environment. The mixer has never left my house untill it gets picked up or shiped out to the buyer.
All knobs and faders are static free and work perfectly.
The first two pics are of the mixer and the third is a close up of the cross fader, as you can see its in perfect condition.
