Ok, Yoepus. To quote my old school teacher: "Congratulations on writing something mysterious". I don't get your point at all - I don't know this Burgundy and his connection to mayors and their Kyoto-leanings?
Yoepus
here is a hint, it has nothing to do with your thread content but your thread name...
Shakka

Great. Three elaborating posts, a look-up of "Ron Burgundy" on Wikipedia and I'm still confused. There's really something wrong with my intellect these days. I blame the US food.

Actually I'm surprised we're not on board. Mayor Daley has been really pushing more environmentally friendly polices, that is when he's not flipping out about various scandals these days :)

Good for the towns & cities that have taken the initiative though! I know most of the larger cities got on board because of health problems connected to many of the problems that Kyoto will help address in part.

Daley's son was down here training as Infantry a month or two ago. Don't know if he ended up going Ranger or not when he went to Airborne School. He wouldn't change his contract when I had control of him. He did very well anyhow in the mix of trainees with underprivileged backgrounds and is a proud reflection of his upbringing.

Well I was initially, but now I am making the point that you Europeans don't even get some of the funiest movies, so how in the hell could we expect you to know what we do in small-time politics?!?
