View this Thread in Original format Yan I'm about to take summer courses at my university and need to find myself a device (preferably an MP3 player) that can record for, at least, 3 hours in a row. The quality must be really loud and clear. Also, I'd prefer it if it had a jack so that I could use an external mic. Any suggestions? jdat Not exactly an expert on the subject but instead of considering an MP3 player that is multitask and may not be so great with recording why not consider a digital dictaphone/voice recorder? Not totally sure about the external mic feature availability but they're not too expensive and actually record decently.
