Ok.. I had this program before but I don't remember what it was called. But how it worked was you load the .cue then you told it where the mp3 was and it took the one big file and took it apart in seprate files. Does anyone know what I'm talking about...I can't remember the name of the program :(:( Please he me......

Guys, learn to write your own cue sheets, there is a helpguide in CDRWIN.

Basically for burning trance mixes, this is all you have to know, here's an example cue sheet:

FILE "put-your-file-name-here.mp3" MP3
TRACK 01 AUDIO
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 AUDIO
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 04:00:25
TRACK 03 AUDIO
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 06:00:50
TRACK 04 AUDIO
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 09:00:00

That cuesheet splits the songs in the mix like this:
mm,ss,ff
Track 1: 00,00,00
Track 2: 04,00,33
Track 3: 06,00,66
Track 4: 09,00,00

That is because cue sheets use the principle that there are 75 milliseconds instead of a hundred that most watches use, and your mp3 player. To overcome this problem, get a program like soundforge or internet audio mix, i use the latter, zoom in and put in your cue sheet time as what is says on you player, i-mix or s-forge. Then for the milliseconds part convert it using a calculator, so 01,30,50 or 1 and a half minutes, 50 milliseconds would be 01,30,38, i generally round up then there is no click noise. If anybody needs furthur help as that is only a guide feel free to mail me or PM me.

I think Trance-Canada was looking for a program that SPLITS the large MP3 file into smaller files as defined in a CUE file, not BURNS it onto a CD... cuz I am looking for the same thing.
Trance-Canada
yeah fantom knows what im talking about :)
DarkLordz
i think what he means is mp3 cue
http://www.guerillasoft.com/mp3cue/

the program allows u to load an mp3 file that is huge, and load the cue sheet, and it will display the tracklist based on the cue sheet, so it for example u clikc on track 4 it might take u to the 24:56 part of the huge mp3 file, is that what you wanted?

Trance-Canada
Humm that wasnt what I was looking for either but its a good tool:)
I want a program that splints the mp3 that is big in to small files according to the cue ...
Juricimo
maybe no help here, but on the links page or software page it used to have a program that split big mp3 files into smaller ones....u can set times and cuts out songs out of a live set and stuff...

something like mp3cutter....
although it had some glitches with the time settings, i havent been messing around with that since i got Cool Edit
