I have a set of data:

No Income Unicost Fix costTotal costs
1 £2,340 £1,310 £14,050 £15,360
2 £4,680 £2,621 £14,050 £16,671
3 £7,020 £3,931 £14,050 £17,981
4 £9,360 £5,242 £14,050 £19,292
5 £11,700 £6,552 £14,050 £20,602

which is displayed in a graph inside the spreadsheet.

The graphs shows all the data correctly but I have heard it is possible (and i want to) to be able to show more results if i wanted to (i.e. no 6-50) without having to edit the dataset each time (excel can work it out for me)

anyone know how to do this?

I take it you mean that you have calculations which you want to redo without having to type them in?

If you click and hold onto the bottom corner (of the box) of the last value the calculations will be relative positions.

Hmm hard to explain.

a b c
1
2
3

you can have say c1 = a1 + b1

then pull down like I said and it'll be c2 = a2 + b2 and so on

i know what you're saying, but it's not what i'm after.

i want the user to enter into a cell one number (1 to infinity) and the graph will then automatically update to display the results:

example:

user types in 30:

graph automatically updates to this:
