TranceAddict Forums Archive > DJing / Production / Promotion > Production Studio cubase sx 2 question View this Thread in Original format DJ A.i question for those that used cubase sx. dont know much about this program... does cubase sx 2 have a piano roll type thing that you can physically draw out notes? i know it has a score sheet type of feature.. but for somereason i cant(dont know how to) access it. i dont have a controller so i need to used some type of piano roll feature. jupiterone when youre in the main program and have an empty project out...right click in the area to the left of the entire sequencing region..then add a new midi track..take your pencil looking tool on the top area of the screen and drag a line in the sequencer area. then when done double click on what you just made whichc should be an empty grey box. there you get a new screen which is the same piano role kinda feature as in FL. take the same draw and pencil tool and draw your notes....is that what youre tlaking about or no?
