The ignorance in this thread is actually scary.
Our body needs electrolytes! Sodium salts serve this purpose. Gatorade does not make you thirstier.
The next one is worse: acidic beverages dangerous to our health? Do you know what a buffer is?! Our blood is buffered. To induce acidosis you would need to consume an extremely large amount of acidic solution. |

| not instantly, but i think it's fair to say that that amount will partially dehydrate you/tire you out the next day. it does me. though i do drink at least 2/day. sport bottles |

i think Powerade is its competition, but yeah. Lucozade is probably the equivalent. |

I have no proof just repeating what I saw on "The Corporation"(its a documentary for those of u who don't know) And I don't 100% believe what I saw. But I do believe there is some truth. That would be why u said u dont think everything here is true. :rolleyes:

So to summerize the whole milk thing is stupid,only found assosiations with cancer and breast milk,i really believe that if it was true there were alot more awareness about it - people don't like cancer so much from some reason.
and Fanta is cool damnit!:toothless |
