Paul van Dyk @ Roxy Nov 2003,
first night ended up dancing so hard and passing out at like 5 am. wouldn't have it any other way to been introduced to the scene. except it was so damn hot in there heh.

haha, it wasn't a rave, but an amazing night... I admit it, PVD threw it down that night... I remember it well, my first really good club night. I don't even remember how I got in, I wasn't 18. :conf:

my first was rave experiance was seeing Infected Mushroom at nation in dc, the club is basicly a warehouse so its had a ravy feel to it and there were tones of kandi kids....which some have problems with but i dont mind em....they can choose to have fun anyway they want...but it was sick cuz theu had psy deco all around the main room...was quite an experiance...i wish it had been my first edm experiance ever but ive been into the music for ages

I have been clubbing since the Palladium was open, (back when they never asked girls for ID)as for club layouts I would have to say that was and still is my favorite. At that time I never really sought out DJ's or anything I just went to whatever clubs my friends were going to no matter what type of music was playing. My first Rave was in 2002 an outdoor rave thrown in Flushing Meadow Park, it was really close to my house. I didnt really like the music, they played some corny . I had always known of and listened to trance but only in 2003 I started seeking out trance DJ's at clubs.

Palladium was way better than webster Hall IMO. What did they do with that building by the way anyone know. Prob a movie theatre I am assuming since it was huge. I havent been over that way in quite a bit.
