I love this type of record. i really eat this kinda up, its different, but i love it. i find it absolutely amazing, it blew me away.
Interpol - Antics
as good as their fisrt album, if not better. amazin post punk band, these guys have something amazing.
The Streets - A grand dont come for free
i love this experimental sound, mike skinner is a god in my books. amazing story telling and a journey of a cd. this guy is fresh. and hes here to stay,
more soon. |

Jason, this one is for you. The band Bjork used to be in before she struck her fame as a solo artist. This record has one of my all time favorite songs (top...10), 'Birthday'. It would boggle the mind to try and understand why someone couldnt like this song. To quote someone faithfully on Discogs: " Quite possibly the most orgasmic song ever made, Björk's voice resonates pure unadulterated emotion that is matched by no other. birthday takes you on a euphoric journey into a cool grassy field on a lazy summers day. as you lay there melting into the earth, you observe fluffy clouds of total bliss which you take in with the most humongous inhalations imaginable -you hold in the lungfuls of joy as long as you can, wishing the moment would never end. most of the time you exhale and fall back into reality, but every so often you're able to hold that feeling inside of yourself and share it with the one you love;)"

yeah i have all of the sugar cubes cds of course. love them all hehe. i think i have just about everything bjork ever...not some of the bootlegs out there, but i got a lot. i even have a copy of the album she made when she was eight or whatever hehehe :p |

you would get on so well with my freind in virginia. she is a bjork addict, she has every song bjork has ever made, every video, everything, shes awesome.

Yea once briefly, was quite impressed by it. Very beautiful and atmospheric techno with some short experiments to break it all up. Defo one of the best albums to come out this year. |
