best way would be www.exactaudiocopy.de there is a link to a tutorial at www.r3mix.net
all you have to do is insert the CD and press "action" then "copy image and create .cue-sheet"
that gives you a single .wav which you can then encode. EAC can also do this if you have the LAME.dll on your PC which you can get from r3mix. net

 that's ok but i prefer to use EAC. You can get it here MUCH better than djdawn's method....... (nothing against him, he's a great guy.) :) :p

Hehe, I know the dude from R3mix.net personally and he breathes mp3 encoding(besides being a very friendly bloke). If you wanna learn to do it proper, just visit that site.

Thanx guys, owe and wot is a cue sheet???? Enlightenme :)

Just some little file that tells your burning program where to put the beginning and end of the different tracks. It usually is automatically created when you make an ISO using cdrwin, but you can manually edit it. This way you can for example divide a continuous mix into different tracks.

Ya learn something new everyday huh, Cheerz Bud.

Be careful on that site, though. The mp3 encoding and stuff is great, but someone else wrote many of the other sections (like the Myths sections) so, like, they are crap, and it shows!
