Someone please help me find this light dance toy online!

So every massive Ive ever been to, theres been someone with this really cool dancing, strobing wire. It looks like a band with dots of strobing neon light on it. There is a peice which you hold in your hand which I assume you use to control it in some way. What it does is it moves up and down and curls up seemingly to your control. The long black band looks maybe to be 3 inches thick or so and the dots are on one side of it. These are really cool dance toys, especially when you get 2 or 3 going at once, they look like ing magic. Ive asked one person at one rave where he got it, and my friend asked a different person at a different rave, and we both got the same answer. It sounded like liveneonwire.com or liveewire.com but Ive searched everywhere and cant find anything! Can someone please help me identify/find this wonderous toy?
