it, I love and own that track. When a DJ drops a track for. . .bust a nut, it's that simple. When Ferry was here a while back I brought a record for him to sign. He happend to drop the track during his set, so I handed it to him, he smiled, and signed it. It even says "happy b-day" on it!!!!!:D |

| My b-day was two days after the show, it was my b-day present to myself. It's kewl that he did that. It's funny too, there was someone else's cd in the plastic vinyl sleeve. . .he signed that too. |

I never did find his email as some ppl suggested, so i was kinda sad although i still knew there was a slight change hed play Burned with Desire anyway since its his own production.
Anyway, yesterday while in the VIP section at the event, i tried to get his attention by typing "Burned wit Desire...PLZZ" on my cell and handing it to him, but his of a manager didnt let me.
Luckily i actually managed to scream "ARMIN" loud enough to get his attention and look and i shouted "Burned with Desiiiiiiiire".
At first i wasnt sure if hed play it or not, i know he heard cause he nodded his head but i was pretty high so that meant nothing to me.
I stayed in the same spot dancing as the choons came and came, but when he turned to me and i saw a smile on his face, it was over, i couldnt believe he'd try and fit it into the time-limited set. He truly is one of the friendliest dj's!
I await your "That song is teh sux" responses. But ive just gotta say, he granted my wish:) |
Or maybe he planned to play it anyways and was just like "now he'll buy anything I make". |

actually i just saw armin the other weekend, and i will have to agree
one of the friendliest DJ's i have seen play to date... really open to looking right into his audience and being able to individually smile and wave at everyone.
i dont think he missed a single person |
