Ibizadreamer AG Um ... These things supposedly help you remove plaque buildup in your tongue... Well a plaque ball is just buildup and its about the size of a booger..pretty gross.. Orbax that looks painful to swallow (thats what she said!) but you just roll them around? I prefer a toothbrush lol and have you seen that commercial "90% of bad breath is tongue" is that before or after youve brushed only your teeth. I hate stupid statistics, and people who believe them even more. dinoXpress k. Ibizadreamer AG i'm too lazy to brush my tongue but yea...that's where most of your bad breath comes from...and even if you brush your teeth i still think that you have bad breath...so i'm gonna start brushing my tongue from now on...in regards with those balls...i wouldn't try it lol Orbax its from tongue and not flossing. Rotting food stuck in your gums has bad side effects. apparently this is oral hygiene thread now apparently :D and dont use alcohol mouth washes.
