my friend has discontinued gemini PDX 6000 turntables, and i can't beat match on them worth a ,,, could it the loose pitchfader .... please email ur input,...

hell yes. I recently played on a Vestax pdx 2000 and the pitch slider on them is loose as hell. It really makes fine tuning beatmatches difficult if you're used to the smooth resistance of a Technics for example. You go to move it like a tiny bit and you bump it too far...very annoying.

is there a reason you posted this twice?

the reason i re -wrote this thread was because i accidently deleted it before i had a chance to read anyon'e reply's .... my bad.....I totally agree with you ... Loose pitch faders are senseitive to the point where you almost have to throw it in exactly on beat or you won't be able to match it in a reasonable amount of time.....
