ha ha. I was at that show too..and the Nick Warren gig at Lotus which was even crazier as all the plastic women were freaking out because their makeup caked faces were melting of them due to the airconditioning being broken.Patting their cheeks with napkins in hopes to save the bit of foundation that was still holding on. People were always posing on that dancefloor..not a surprise that place didn't survive as an afterhours club.
I saw Deep Dish play at the Ultra Supper Club and it was really weird. Everyone getting up from their dinner table to dance on the carpet in the lounge in their high heels and fancy dress. Addy opened for DD and was asked to turn the sound down as it was interrupting the people at the tables.
Would definitely be interesting to see Danny play outside of the big club environment. |
