History of Trance music in Holland

Hi everybody !
i'm a french guy, 23 years old, fresh Tiesto addict and i decided to make a presentation in english (for my course) on the culture of trance music in holland.
I make this since i was at the Tiesto concert at Disney.:crazy:
I was hearing trance before but this concert was the summum.
Now the problem is i do not know your culture very well that's why i ask for your help. :(
You can help me on finding an historic of trance music in holland (first DJ and most famous), and in my presentation i think i will conlude by the fact that for the first time a DJ make an opening cermony for the olympic games, and make concerts during 7h in front of 40000 people like a normal singer. (but the show, the ambiance are differents).
I would like to have also some comments of differents ages, like we say in french "from 7 to 77 years old" about trance and your fealing for this music.
I thank you a lot for your help, and if you have more informations, don't hesitate !
I will also share the presentation after :)

And...I seriously don't know why. His 'Everybody Too'-cd is to difficult for me to get into....and I don't dig his choice of records... But I like 'The Fruit'!!! :toothless |
