Alas, as I just explained to Dan on MSN, I cannot attend the festivities tonight :(
Wednesday I contracted a very nasty flu. I left home from work early that day, and continued to get worse through Thursday. I finally ended up in the hospital Thursday night with numerous symptoms including a nasty rash, difficulties breathing and a dangerously low blood pressure. After numerous tests they concluded that the flu had triggered a case of shingles! (that explained the rash) I was finally released from the hospital at 4am. For those of you who dont know what shingles are, basicly chicken pox stays with you your entire life, and being very sick can bring them back. So under doctors orders, I gotta stay home for a week until it passes :(
This sucks!!
Have fun guys, and dont skip on Dan's birthday beats!!
