I need tunes! Tunes to give the teacher and the hipHop-hearing people a taste/feeling of trance!
I NEED SOUND SOUND EXAMPLES!

Wow...a report I would actually enjoy doing, not some history or book report bull.
What do you have to talk about, trance in general or the origins of trance, how its grown, etc.?
I would suggest playing songs in an order that trance has evovled.
For example:
Early times (early 90s): Salt Tank - Eugina
Middle times (middle 90s):BT - Blue Skies
Later times (late 90s): ATB - Till I Come, System F - Out of the Blue
Present: DJ Tiesto - Flight 643, PvD - Vega (Starecase mix)...show the progressive sound of the moment
Yes...I know there was electronica before the early 90s but I don't think its exactly considered trance...more just general electronica that eventually evolved into trance, stuff like Kraftwerk, New Order, Depeche Mode

If u wanna make them understand trance, you wanna get a really progressive track that leads into a really dreamy bit with *sweet* vocals. I know this isn't all trance is, but it does make u instantly love the track :)
