i like the airwave remix, not so much the original. andy moor's signature sound and bass sounds much better to me than most a&b productions, so putting them together makes for an awkward combination.

Trance is struggling with the anjunabeats type sound flooding the market (smith & pledger being one major example). People laugh at me for listening to trance because this sound is what everyone thinks is trance. It's sad that this is the type of sound people associate with it. |
likewise. Anjunabeats is one of the few labels that has been churning out consistently good releases with the exception of a few superb releases. On the whole, I would say their catalog is above average which is quite credible in my books. This is unlike so many labels that suffer from inconsistency where people don't know what to expect.
Anjuna fans know what they are in for and get what they want and invariably their expectations are either met or often surpassed ;) |
