| i love the mystical feel at the beginning...mediterranian...i 'spose, i was thinking a bit more...medieval. then the kicks just hits and it starts to fit together nicely. i love that...when the track is just slowly building up (the squelchy strings in the backround), your just anticipating the rest of the track. the acid line is brought in quite nicely aswell. imo it has a bit of a goa feel to it as well. the only thing i could bring up is that eventually, when the track is at its peak, it almost, very subtly, seems like all the elements clash just a bit. try compressing the hi/snare/tom/etc percussion, and mabye fatten up that kick drum. the acid bit could get beefend up a bit aswell. but a definate good effort overall. keep it up mate, good stuff |

The intro flute sound is very basic. It gets bit repetitive through the song. The choir overlay works well.... I see now how you are building it up. The atmosphere is great.
I like the percussions, though it gets a bit messy around the 6:15 mark. I also like your choice in poly - classic sound.
The transitions are excellent. The progression of the song flows & builds seemlessly. Great job mate.

Very nice, altough I would prefer to listen to a more high quality mp3... The intro is nice and, well, I just happen to love acid.
Quite mellow in fact, I'd like to see some more aggressive sounds maybe. But these are all matters of style and taste, of course. |
