WEMF 2005 New Talent Tent - send in your demos! - Last Day: June 15

We are happy to welcome back the New Talent Stage to WEMF2005. If you are interested in getting an hour to showcase your talent at the largest event of its kind in North America then put together a phat demo tape, CD or DVD and send it along with WEMF2005 advance ticket proof of purchase (ie. photocopy clearly showing ticket number or Ticketmaster/Tripdecks.com confirmation code in your name) to: WEMF2005 New Talent Tent, 45 Harbour Square, Box 81035, Toronto, Ont. M5J 2V3. All those selected to perform in the New Talent Tent will have their advance ticket purchase REFUNDED at the gate upon entry.
We are looking for all types of electronic dance music, so whether you play acid jungle with a tranced out bassline, hardhouse ambient or anything in between, we wanna hear it!
Selected artists will have their names posted on the official WEMF website (www.wemf.com), and listed in the official event program handed out to everyone who comes through the gates WEMF2005 weekend.
*Please note that not everyone who submits a demo will be selected play and those that are selected will not be financially compensated in any way for their services. If you are a winner *you* will be entitled to complimentary admission to the event (Advance ticket purchases refunded at the gate upon arrival). The list of winners will posted on the website in mid June, so get your demos in quick!
Demos will be accepted until June 15, 2005. |
