Remixing Questions.

Well to make a long story short, Ive been listening to a lot songs lately and i start to come up with some ideas for a remix. Now my questions are:
1.How do I go about getting the samples/a remix package? do i contact a record label or artist?
2. Do i write to them or email.
3.Are my chances of actually good of recieving a package/samples since im not with a label or anything. this more for personal enjoyment and whatnot.
Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.
btw if this has been covered before sorry., i did do a search on remixing. |

1 u should contact both
2 whatever u prefer, although email is faster to get a responce
3 chances are propably like 80/20 that u wouldnt if u dont got a name for yourself ( thats my thought atleast could be wrong ) |
