Moscow blackout - act of terrorism?

for those of you who may not know, Moscow had a total blackout on the 25th, which initially was presumed to be due to a malfunction at the powerplant. Now, Russia's equivalent of Osama bin Laden, Shamil Basayev, claims responsibility for the blackout and diversion.

| I read an article about this in the herald tribune and it seems the city was a proper mess because public transportation was down but at the same time a lot of people didn't go to work because of it and they ended up chilling out in parks drinking some beer etc :) |

| That guy is crazy for sure. I was too young to folllow all he older battles between him and the Russian government. First the theatre massacre and now this, I hope someone erases this guy, what a dick.
