All I can say is WOW - amazingly great times here....

TheVrk says wish you were live from the Canadian/American conference happening in my living room at 5am. :) Yep, diplomatic discussions are underway and the hopeful outcome is an undergroud railroad system by which to transport TOTAs to the D and those from the D to the TOTAs.

| a friend of mine came up from Cali for his bday, had a great time last night and we're on our way to Ft Wayne today to see some friends.....long story short, there is a good chance we are stopping at this on the way....see you guys there :D |

Just arrived back in Toronto after leaving Detroit at 17:30.
Thoroughly enjoyed the festival formerly known as DEMF. Met some interesting and hospitable Detroiters and made some new friends. Kris (kabelicious) truly is the hostess with the mostest, thanks so much for opening your home to us Canadians for the weekend. Your apartment is beautiful.
Ran into many Toronto/area friends at the festival. Nice to see Spankmeister, as well as Fran. Got to check out The Works and Bleu, nice places, though I am reminded how spoiled we are in Toronto. Demi was great on Friday and I had fun Saturday night seeing the Detroit ETN.fm crew Elevation, Kenneth Thomas, and Markus Schulz at Bleu. Had the chance to chill with Kenneth, Iza, and Markus after the show. Interesting to see how they play harder/tech-ier in Detroit.
Special thanks to TheVrk for the transportation to and from Detroit this weekend...
Looking forward to my next trip to Detroit in the near future!

Just got back from Junkie XL at Bleu, one of the FUSE-IN afterparties.
Let me just say that it was disgusting.
The floors were so DIRTY and STICKY, I could hardly contain myself!
Junkie played better than I've ever seen him. It was fun to watch him dance and kick box on stage as he killed it!
Dirty sticky floors was definately the highlight only slightly in front of closing with his fight for your right remix which was amazing.
Great to party with the detroit crew(Kabellicious). Sorry to have missed you guys who were down and left already!

I went to Fuse-In last night to check out Ritchie Hawtin, good times. I got there around 11pm, b/c Josh had to work late...we tried to get in, and some biatch security guard said they stopped selling bracelets at 10:30, so that kinda sucked! We ended up lucking out however, b/c we bought 2 bracelets from some guy off the street for 5 bucks each, and some other guy for another 5 bucks, and then some girl just gave us one for free. So we ended up saving a ton of money. We got down to the underground stage and were hit by a wave of heat! We met up with Kabelicious right away...it was nice meeting you!...and danced for an hour until he finished. I've never seen so many cracked out 16 year olds in my life!
I wish we could have gotten there earlier, but we had to do what we had to do. It was a good night overall. :gsmile: |
