Yahel. Wow. Just wow.
When he dropped Voyage, the entire place went off. Just nothing short of sheer madness, I can't even explain it. I'll let others get into the music factor.
For me, the night was made by the people there. Jenn (magikb) and I arrived around 11:30ish (thank you again for the ride Jenn!) and thanks to Shaya were in swiftly. Met up at first with Shaya (nice to finally meet you duder :cool: ). Just after that, Transmotion (Serg) led us over to tha_broad (Christina) and Spider (Ola - oh god I hope I spell your name properly). They were both totally hammered, but super in fun to party with :cool: Peter (Eso) was there as well with them. John (E2IEK1EL) was standing there the whole time, again dude, I didn't recognize you without the hat :)
Finally met up with Tyler (Trance Grooves) who is a newbie to TOTA. Introduced him to about 15 people, and drinks all around. Glad to have another addition to the crew! Some lurker TAs up on stage, John (Little_John, I think) and his girlfriend, also a TA (the name escapes me, I apologize). You guys are in awesome and I hope to see you out soon. Jason (cono_sur), didn't see you much, but glad you came up to the stage with us all. Sean (goodnet) was going crazy to the psytrance that Yahel was laying down, and for good reason :haha: Johnny (Starsearcher), who's the lovely lady? She's ultra hot mang :toocool:
And last but not least, Dan the man (Playa24_7), happy birthday dude! Some serious chillin goin on up there but not to worry, we left early and I know that right now (4:52am) you're probably going nuts up there :cool:
Thanks so much for everybody being there. I had an awesome time, but regretfully left early due to being so tired. On that note, I'm off to sleep now, see you all soon!

Wicked Times no doubt!
Yahel was really good.. not sure if it was my thing completely but that is just my personal feeling. I danced really hard pretty much from the second I got there until Cale and I decided to leave around 330am I think... I was pretty tuckered out and all my energy was gone.. I went sober again tonight to help with the recovery of my body, so that was why my energy levels weren't high til the very end.. but that was fine with me!
Only track I can ID is voyage.. holy the crowd just went crazy when he played that :)
I also got the chance to meet a bunch of new TA's which is always great and as Cale put it, some lurker TA's as well :p
Trance grooves, transmotion, eso, tha_broad and goodnet.. nice to meet you all.. good times of course! :)
To those of you who aren't TA's but are the lurkers John & Stephanie.. it was really nice to meet you guys as well :)
And it was good to see Spyder, E2IEK1EL, cono_sur and starsearcher out again.. Starsearcher.. it feels like forever since I have seen you!!! Good to see ya out for sure!
Vertigo.. thanks for keeping me company and keep the convo going on the way home cuz I was literally ready to fall asleep..hahaha :D
Shaya.. thanks again for everything and it was a pleasure seeing you again! I guess we must have missed eachother the rest of the night.. cuz I think I only ever saw you right at the beginning....
And last but not least.. the birthday boy himself :p
Dan Dan the Man!!! Where the fack was your energy tonight?? You know what... you shouldn't get so wasted and then you would have been up dancing like the rest of us...LOL.. ah fack.. what can ya do.. it is your birthday afterall, so wasted is the way you are suppose to be :D
Hope that you had a good night.. and I am sorry that I had to leave early.. being sober and doing Guv don't always work for long periods of time when you are tired already to begin with .. so please forgive me!! ;)
and hopefully you finished off your night strong with some hardcore dancing like we can normally expect from you! :happy2:
Overall great night though... the people definitely made this party for me moreso then the music I think.. so thank you too you all! :D
Anyhow, that is it for this review.. I do have pics (not many) but some.. so in the morning I will look at getting those posted.. until then.. good night :) |

My buddy & I enjoyed the night there... Yahel didn't disapoint, Dimitri not bad... tho I spent a majority of his set in The Drink.

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO WISHED ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! YOUR ALL FRIGGIN AWESOME! SUPER NICE PEOPLE! LOVE YOU ALL! HAHA! i'm 22 now, but look 17 lol fack
anyway, got there at about 12:20am roughly. came in and saw a couple TAs, Boy_trance (thanks for the b-day water bottle! haha!) starsearcher, then Transmotion who brang me to Vertigo, then brang me to everyone else haha. first person i see is Tha_broad, and she gives me a huge hug, says happy birthday and gives me the rest of her rev haha! thanks christina!
Trance Grooves! thanks alot for the beer man! i would have drank more but my stomach was super hurtin from the past couple nights! same to transmotion that wanted to buy me a drink! sorry man! thanks so much though!
Then all of a sudden tha_broad and Spyder make me go on stage with them and spyder started massive bustin the move, and me not totally into it yet, trying to go nuts to lol. awesome to see you out Goodnet, E2IEK1EL, loca, and cono_sur!
For like an hour and a half i was just totally outta it, had to sit down, wasnt cool, felt all messed. thanks for sitting with me stef!, and awesome to meet your bf john! hes a good guy! 9 years, wow! finally when i started to get into it everyone seemed to be leaving! sucked totally! then i lost all the TAs, the place was starting to get mad empty! then cono_sur finds us, asking where everyone was, but we didnt know! haha. finally some TAs found us in the front and we all hung together. Tordan! wicked hanging out with you and going crazy on stage until we were like the only ones on it!
I'm happy to say that i did manage to get all good and do the usual crazyness on the floor for awhile hehe. so awesome! love it!
Yahel was playing super hard stuff and i loved it!! The place was just going crazy! the best part, there was room like everywhere to dance! not packed at all! it was awesome!! Dimitri playing some pretty good songs, but a couple were kinda iffy. near the end he was dropping amazing songs!!! everyone was goin nuts! then the light from outside shinned into the club in a line, like god was watching over the clubbers "and god saw, the people dancing!" haha!
Me and my friend rob left at like 6:30am roughly, my mind wasnt tired but my legs and body were. just wasnt myself this night, kinda peeded me off, but it was okay. anyway, gotta try and get some sleep. |

WOW......If you like trance this was the party to be at! Yahel was absolutley amazing. I have never see the main room rocked like it was tonight. Mark opened up with some amazing trance, and was plaing "Find" by 11:30!!! I could tell early that this was going to be a good night.
After Mark came Yahel, and he was FABULOUS DARLING!
Yahel had crazy energy and was keeping the crowd on thier toes. All hands were in the air. He played until 4:30, and the crowd didn't miss a beat.
Thanks to all who wished me a happy birthday. I saw too many people to even attempt to name them all. (BUT THANKS:)--> You guys awesome!
Thanks to Mark for the special birthday greetings........You made an unforgretable night even harder to ever forget. Thanks to my brother for coming out and celebreating his b-day as well.
The most pricless molment of the night was just before Marks final song. As the bouncer was telling everyone to leave, the lights turned on for half a second and then the music started.......The bouncer was in a 'state of shock"

good times....got there early, one of my good friends made a surprise visit from Cali (i was shocked). So i split my time between Guvy and orange room (mostly at guvy though). Now i'm on my way to Detroit for Fuse-in (last nights plan, we'll see if it works out). Shout outs to all the peeps...

It was INSANEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, track after track he dropped the BEST Yahel classics i was expecting, i was going crazyyyyy, voyage, butterfly!!!, people of the city (infected mushroom) :D just truly amazing, Yahel is now one of my favorite DJS plus producers!
i didnt meet any of you because i couldnt walk around the place, too busy :S , but whatever, next time, hope you all had a good time :)
i just have one request:
there was this guitar song with a girl singing, kinda like rock guitar break, then boooooom the psy beats hit and then the guitar melody hit with the beats and bass, i HAVE to know this song!!! if anyone knows it please let me know, i think it was played around 3 am or something, i dont remember the vocals, but if anyone knows, please shout it out, thanks!
PS: too bad you couldnt make it DJ Celica ;) but i picked up one of your Airwave Flyers, so ill see you there ;) |
