Help with Iriver

Hey Guys,
Recently upgraded the firmware on my iriver H320 and what it did was change it to a ver 1.25 E (which im pretty sure is a different version to what it originally was). Now the problem is when I connect it to my usb, mp PC does not recognise it at all! Im pretty sure I need to install a driver which coincides with this version, however cant find one. Any help would be much appreciated :) |

Try contacting Iriver tech support.
I don't know how they are in Aussie but in the US I had to deal with them a couple times due to a defective unit and the service was outstanding. I even wrote them a thank you letter :toothless |

| well it seems when I changed the firmware my 'media' port stopped working for some crappy reason! however luckly I discovered that the 'data' port works in the same sort of fassion and it seems to be ok now :) |

Try upgrading to 1.27K (never upgrade the firmware on battery)
To detect IRiver
Right click on my computer, click on "Manage"
In the MMC Console click on the Disk Management. See if you see any unrecognised partition, if so right click on it and click on "Change Disk Drive Letter" or some thing similar (i don't have my IRiver right now, let me know if you have any trouble figuring it out). Give a name to the new drive and bang you are ready to rock.
