i cannot believe how much they're charging for just a few djs. it's almost the same price as ultra miami, but minus 100 djs.

but at least this leaves room for improvement over the next few years.. ultra's gotta start somewhere i guess! :stongue:

i'll be across the pond for this one. :toothless

I really want to see the Chemical Brothers bad!

Im willing to come down from Toronto to see them.

I'll be coming for just the weekend, does anybody know of any other good parties that weekend? I want to try and book tickets, and plane tickets early.

Any help would be appreciated, i've never been to NYC, and i would love to check it out, go clubbing, and meet some great people :)

phew, finally swifted through 18 pages of posts. Seems the general consensus is that it is too short (5.5 hrs), okay DJ lineup, pricy and probably better events (Summer stage, Tiesto in concert somewhere, Armin in Crobar). Something I like to point out is that since it's in mid september, the weather would likely be cooler and not so hot. We really should have a poll of how many people are going and who are against it.
Personally, I think $55 presale is somewhat steep for less than 6 hrs but it is the first ultra in nyc. So if I go, I can tell people I went to the very first nyc one. Still undecided...tough tough decision.

Looks like a decent line up to me... and to the people who are complaining about the $50 tickets? Paul van Dyk was nearly that much last wknd, and that's only 1 DJ for 4 hrs, on 1 stage. When's the last time Mylo performed live in NYC? Oh yea, that's right NEVER. Morillo & DT are gonna rock it... plus Timo and Oldenfold should bring something to the table as well. :toothless
