that's what I'd call much of the stuff Armin plays in his live sets these days...I like it (if it can be called that).
speaking of Gielen...Lawler/Sasha @ Guv/Skybar or Gielen @ Republik...or both? |

Hard Progressive (from the samples on the site I go to) seems to very much resemble Eurodance or cheaper "Vocal Trance" (pretty much stuff like CK, Ian Van Dahl)...
But yah!

Good calls, both of them. Cause basically, being yourself is the only thing you have to offer the world that no one else can offer. Then as for the name, DJ ThisOrThat just sounds cheesy, so unless you're looking to get into the more commercially oriented and cheesy side of things (which it doesn't necessarily sound as if you want to, but then again you mention Gielen :confused:) I'd try to stay away from DJ-names and just go with your real name (or make one up that sounds plausable, like Paul van Dyk for instance). |
