Review: Fuse-In Detroit Music Fest

Talk about a festival experience I will not forget. Thanks to: Detroit Club Scene crew who rolled out the red carpet. Kabelicious for being the ultimate hostess - YOU ARE a Goddess and such an incredible person for everything you worked out for me. Muzzybear for looking after the kitty. Bk04-oZ for helping out b4 the trip. AMB_ for being the funnest person to hang out with and dealing with my state in Sunday afternoon. THEVRRK for trip there and back - dood it was so wicked to hang with you and your cousins - u guys areawesome.
The music was unblelievable for me - the music diversity of the fest was not to be compared with anything that I had heard. Interviewed Demi, Dj Fingers & Ken Ishi. It was kind of weird, never liked TECHNO before but this trip made me re-asess the situation. Danced like a mad woman - met loads of interesting and amazing people. This music fest was an incredible experiences for me. I would def. tell everyone to check it out - great vibes and great music. |

Awsome festival. I loved the variety in the music, even though after listening to house and techno, hip hop felt out of place, and i just had to move to a different stage. The atmosphere is fenomenal. Being able to party in a middle of any city is great, but also being able to see the skylines of Detroit and Windsor just made the whole environment great. Unfortunately I was only there for Saturday and first half of Sunday, but I can still say that I had the best party time.
There were different people, and different age groups. Kids from 3 years to 60 years dancing to the music. Candy kids to house heads to just regular people coming out to a great festival and creating a great environment.
I will definitely attend next year if I am in the area. |

| yeah dood. Saw suits, lots of children dancing, grandma & grandpa dancing, a wedding crew, goths, punks, darthvader, marvin the martian, candykids (totally reminded of first party days) covering all ranges of people...giggle |

Ben Sims tore it up right proper - and so did Misstress Barbara and Marco Corrola. :) Going down to the festival in a few to see Richie Hawtin close it out. DETROIT TECHNO!
