no there no official afterparties in glasgow...everything shuts down at 4am.
only thing is if you make friends with someone at the event..and see if theyre going back to a private party somewhere. |

id say that any fights would be down to booze not drugs.
i agree about neds an that, but theres a difference between people who just want to go out and get wasted, and forget about the drugdery of work etc. and i dont think scotland is much worse than anywhere else to be totally honest. your really giving scotland a bad name here imo. |

hehe yea..i haven't even been to scotland yet :p
heh will see how it is tomorrow..really looking forward to this event. And about the drugs with fights you're right sven..and the media gets this very wrong too..associating drugs with fights and everytime there is a big event they'll try magnify the few minor incicents that there are up.
The sphere is always much more peaceful in tranzy events where everybody might be on xtc and other stuff than most rnb/hiphop/'gangasta' venues (not worthy of the term club imo :p) or some pubs where people drink to get drunk and cause havoc. Much more empathy felt for each other in tranzy events with or without E and thats one of the things which is so nice about them. |

im the kind of person that goes out looking to have a good time and forget about work but TBH i cant be ed with all the s we have to put up with on nights out who just cant control their booze/drugs trust me its down to drugs too not just drink
im not giving scotland a bad name im just showing it for what its like and anyone who lives here can see that in glasgow on a fri/sat night |

| aye but your making it out as if scotland is worse than anywhere else. if it is the drugs its the mixing with booze that causes the aggro. as long as theyre not getting wide etc.. i dont have a problem with people being ed or too ed..if anything i just find it funny. would never stop me going to or enjoying a night out..and i cant honestly remember when it has in past. |
