And in your honest opinion, is this party going to be any good? =P

They told me I'm playing either around midnight or 1am. This is a 4486 party, so it should be pretty good.

Great night!
I loved your set Kenosis, and my sister really loved it as well! We're both huge fans. =)
Was that one track you spun yours? I thought before spinning it you said, "I'm still working on this one..." Because if it is, WOW  it's incredible!
Greatest track of the night, LSG - Netherworld, I'm guessing Oliver Prime remix.
Funniest track was Miss Jane - Its a Fine Day! Mwhaha, really topped off the night! :D

yeah, that was mine :D. I think now I'm going to do two versions of it. I'll just touch up the one you heard a bit and have that as the uplifting version. It originally had a harmony part to the main lead but I took it out because it made the track sound too "groovy"....now I think I'll add it back in because the lead sounds way too hollow without it. Though I may change the chord progression to make it less groovy. I'm also going to do a psy version of it. This was originally supposed to be a psytrance track as you can tell from the bassline. I'm going to force it back into that style. Glad you liked it ;).

and yeah, that was the Oliver Prime remix .aka the track I've played the most so far in 2005. It's my favorite for the year.

Wow, sounds good! It did sound like it had some psytrance elements in it, thats part of what made it sooo interesting!
Any chance the different versions will be available for d/l in the future? :)

**Update**

After working on it last night I'm pretty happy with Lynx. Or rather, it's about as good as it's going to get without changing essential elements. I made the bassline deeper, changed the lead to a very fat saw pad lead an octave higher than it was before, and changed some of the effects. I just need a midlevel soft pad and it should be done. Tonight I'm going to get a higher quality (256 kbps) version and keep that as my hard copy. I'll probably post up a clip of it on TA soon.

I now think the other 'version' shouldn't be that at all but a separate psytrance track with some of the same elements. Anyway, for Friday the chances that you will hear Lynx are about 95%.

With the others it just depends on how fast I proceed with them during the next two days. I have a dark epic trance track with vocals (er, vocal samples) I'm working on that I would like to open with if possible, I have a Twisted-sounding psytrance track, and then a pair of remixes.
