unfortunately, i can only post a low bitrate clip, due to some label issues maybe, but i hope you will like it!

Hee Pete,
Listening to it again and again and again. I like this a lot. Very different approach to the original.
-Nice drive in the track.
-Great effect in the break, it really flows well
- maybe you could filter that synth in the break a little bit more around 1.20, it's a little bit abrupt.
- This is mainroom stuff!
overall, very good job! Cheers Mate!

great guitar, great interpretation (borrowing some synths off your brother eh ;) )
-the bass is weak. i'd recommend adding a layer or two, and possibly a bass wave.
-the kick can use a bit more volume and tweak it a bit more to get it sounding right, it sounds a tad flat, sharpen it a bit in the first 1/3.
-during the breakdown, that WHOOOOM bass, dude, redo that, it can be quite effective when used right and used sparingly. Get the volume up on it and eq it.
-agreed, the 1:20 mark is adrupt/bad.
-that effect/synth in the background during the breakdown before 1:20, would be nice if could hear it better. is it supposed to be like ocean/water? i would consider, although could be a very bad idea, maybe adding some seagulls (those would remind me of Blackwatch - Northsky ;) )
all in all, loving it. |

| Can't really say too much about this track Pete. Apart from the guitar in the break sounding a bit weak, (low fi) and the snare rolls sounding a bit too loud, everything sounds ASOT awesome.:eyespop: |

Hey Peter!
Real Safranyos sounding track again. I shall try to look through the low bit-rate here.. and it seems that your switch has brightened up the mixing a bit, good thing! Bass has more power, good thing! Sounds are better defined. Nice track to remix too, and the result is pretty good.
I'd look at the kick one more time though, it seems a bit ploppy and concentrated at a certain frequency band too much.. Try to phatten it a bit! Also take a look at highs ends of the hats and some of the synths, I like some more high end to get a tad more crisp sound (this could also be the bitrate though). And at the end the guitar is hardly recognizable..
Few tweaks I'd say and tadaaa.. great track :D

The sound of Pete Safranyos :toothless
-Very Travelling Guitar.. it makes me fly
-Nice BreakDown
-Very Progressive mix.. ur style hehe
-The panning snare roll is too much..IMO :)
-Offbeat Lack of power :)
Overall.. Nice Stuff!
Cheers!
PS:Sorry if it is too harsh :) :) |
