1/2 c Milk; scalded, heated till
-bubbles appear around
-edges
2 tb Butter
1 c Cake and pastry flour
1 1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts -Salt
2 Eggs
2/3 c Granulated sugar
1/4 ts Vanilla, Raspberry Jam, Icing Sugar
variation of the Boston creme........interesting - YEAH T.P.

OMG Lebanese food!!!! Shishtaouk/shawarmas!!! And hello--gyros, not to mention souvlaki!!! And to top it all of with some mousse chocolat, crepes or my fave: CREME BRULEE!!!

Has nobody on this board tried Viet food. It's some of the best food out there especially in chinatown. If anyone ever does go try the

Actually, Kam Ja Tang means Potato soup, because there's big chunks of potatoes in it...
I miss pho. Too bad there isn't a good vietnamese restaurant in Kitchener-Waterloo that I know of. |
