Yep agreed about the thinnyness. :)
Apart from that it sounds pretty clear and there are pretty nice sounds in there. Great synth for the melody, needs some more low freqs indeed. Look at the level of that pad at the background, it would be ok to raise the volume of that one. The percussion is really cool I think, good job on that. And that guitar sound at the beginning is dull.. very dull. Few tweaks Renco and press the stuff :)

| Very nice track, I'd love to hear the full version. I really like the main valley a lot. |

Hee Renco,
Very nice remix mate. Love the melodie after the break. But maybe you could fatten it a bit more up by giving a bit more drive to the bassline or something, or maybe more eqing. I really dig that distorted padsound you use though.
Maybe you could add a few extra sweeping effects or something.
But great job Renco!!
Keep it up can't wait to hear the full version!

First of all: a nice track, I like it a lot.
The distorted pad is great, I would have given more focus on that but that's just a personal opinion. The guitar sounds very good. Nice melody. The pads in the background could have been a bit stronger/louder in the break.
The lead sounds a bit weak. Perhaps you can layer the sound by using a second instance of the subtractor with all the notes one octave down.
Anyway good work! Keep it up! |

hey you chess whore :D
some very nice sounds and idea in this remix !
i still havent heard the original :(
i like it alot, nice flowing sounds in the buildup !
overall i think it needs a bit more tightening, and a tiny little more drive and filling.
really good job, love the guitar melody too ! |

Decent progressive build-up, the kick seems to lack bass but maybe that is just the bitrate?
Love the guitar synth.
Fx are good too.
The lead sounds good, the mini-breakdowns work well.
Not much else to say, need a longer clip or full song :) |

the bassline is cool but it sounds like it needs some help with maybe a phat filter sweeping riff or something... kinda like what the anjunabeats releases have (because it sounds rather empty), but that's my opinion. I think also the kick could be louder... I like hard solid kicks. (not your fault, unless you took it out), but the original track needs something distinguishable.. it sounds pretty standard so far... and chicks don't like standard :P maybe throw in something really cool in there (like a guitar rock riff or something)... or if you have to resort to using cheese, you might have to do something like make a vocal mix or throw a goofy melody-line in there.
This may be a descent track to jam at a club to, but no ones going to remember it and want to go home and try to download it.
Yeah if it's a track that you may wanna sign, you wouldn't really want to share the whole thing, but if you do wanna show us most of the track.. Try playing it in one of your promo sets or something (most labels don't mind, as long as the tracks not all over the internet). |
