Yes the first tazer was definatly well deserved and very justifiable. However I dont know how they will prove the second tazer was. I mean since the cop knew she was paralized and detained from the first one, he cant possible justify that the second one was neccesary. Of course she wouldnt be able to put her hands behind her back when her muscles were no longer working. I just hope that doesnt cause them to loose their case. :rolleyes: |
