Streaming your mp3 from your website to myspace?

I already tried embedding and it's slow as hell....
so im wondering if you can just directly stream the music from your website (freewebs) to myspace like musicvideocode does?? if yes what is the code?? |

then why the hell does it take like 1 hour to stream like 10 seconds of the song?? can it be the myspace thats lagging cause my website doesnt lag |
