Ok sorry for being a little dim but...
If you had only £500-600 what laptop would you buy to support the use of FL5?
I'm new to music creation & excited by it, but at that stage where I can't actually do much.
Cheers & I appreciate anyone going out of their way to answer this benign question

| I work for HP, dont buy hp it will crap out after a few months, either harddrive will die or display lol |

i recommend fujitsu-siemens amilo a 1650 with 3700+ prosessor!!
quality!
theres also 128 mb graphic card..so you can play some games also
prise is here in finland round 1600-1800 eur sans i think it's cheaper in uk so i think like 1000- 1150 £ |

ive got an ibm r40 thats running fl5.
the r40 specs out something like.
1.2 ghz
512 ram
40 gig hd.
runs fl just fine.
i also have a dell 600m runnning it. no issues. |

| FL takes pretty much nothing to run. throw an external sound card and a good set of 'phones and youll be good to go. check out ebay for teh laptop, possibly the card. |
