I'm actually starting to wonder .... Nike Adidas ... does it matter.
Here's a pic of a part of my shoes. I have like 4 pairs in the mail right now too.

btw, adidas is manufactured in indonesia, prolly using as much child labor as nike, or any other brand for that matter. |

| I read somewhere that Adidas was the manufacturer of all the German Army boots in WWII. Then after the war they had tons of extra shoe leather left and started making football boots. Anyone know if that is true:conf: :conf: |

I got some inside info for yall - DONT BUY NIKE. All you are paying for is the logo, and their shoes fall apart waaay faster that any other brand listed in this thread.
Btw, it was two german brothers that started up Adidas, but then one of them split off and formed his own show company. Name of that shoe company - Puma! |

I refuse to support Nike.... which is difficult considering the number of different sports equipment manufacturers that they own.
For shoes I go Rebock or New Balance |

Yeah my spelling is .
I refuse to buy Nike because they pay more money in endoresment contracts every year then the entire cost to design, manufacture, and ship all of their products combined. Granted all of their products are priced competatively, however, I hate the idea that such a large percentage of my hard earned dollars are going into the pockets of overpaid basketball/baseball/football/hockey/tennis players and their agents. I'd rather my money go to the people manufacturing the product or at the very least to the capitalists that are taking the risk to finance the company. The last thing I want to do is contribute to Tiger Woods buying another in' house. |

It's true, Nike is now a marketing firm.
They contract out for most of their R&D and manufacturing. |

| Nike, Adidas, Puma, and any other brand are all great in their own ways so I just wear whatever Im liking at the moment. They all put out good stuff. |
