yeah that night with zabs was outstanding... i felt really lucky to be behind the booth to watch them work.
it's sorta hard to compare that night with Friday, they were really different. the zabs night sasha's set was more melodic and uplifting whereas Friday was super dirty and dark... both nights were outstanding! |

| I have to admit that Sandra Collins is really chic. She played The Killers- "Mr. Brightside" and No Doubt- "What You Waiting For"-- and got the crowd pumped up for Sasha. I likey Sandra's ability to cater to Sasha's style while retaining her own signature sound. It was a really memorable night. Fun is the operative word I think. Sasha is sounding more fun and upbeat these days. Congrats on the new album! |

here's a huge id for anyone that loves what sasha is playing in general/made it till very close to the end of his set
it's M83- Teen Angst
for me this (followed by egg the wall) was the absolute climax of the night. of course its sasha's own edit, but it's very true to the original, same key but slowed down with sasha breaks and some sound edits on the same general structure. u guys can listen to that nice played with version towards the end of his recent maida vaile essential mix. i love this track:) :tongue3 |

| I'm gonna have to come to the next Sasha to see what the big commotion is all about. I see some cool progressive tracks from artists like like Holden & Thompson, Chris Micali on the Sasha tracklist, but it better not be boring like Digweed, or I gotta pay like $40. |
