I had "runner's high" once. That happens when you are exercising or working very hard for a long time, and you're probably slightly damaging your muscles and exhausted, and your brain (probably) releases natural pain killers called endorphins that feel REALLY good.
I was "orienteering" at the time for about 2 hours, a kind of marathon race where you run from one point to another using a map and compass.
If I was in better shape at the time I would probably have not experienced "runner's high" as the exertion would not have been as much. |

i have also experienced runners high a few times. |

Sex and music....
DJing for a crowd will always do it to me. I've felt more 'high' after playing sober, than any other time.

Also, I get Ellyptical Machine high....pound some sweet liveset in my Ipod and go for broke...you'll hit the period around the 30 minute mark thats pure bliss. |
