help please!
Ok I've worked out automation in relaton to one pattern...woopie!! (that's been a big acheivement for me believe me!)
But something is fustrating me!!
Say I have a 1 pattern repeated 10 times in the step sequencer- how do I just automated the sound getting louder thru the 10 loops?
I think this dead easy but it has me pulling my hair out!
Help is of course most appreciated
Cheers guys!
and yes I'm a newbie! |

1. Select an empty patern
2. Make sure a there is a block in the step sequencer of that pattern
3. Right Click Volume Knob
4. Select 'Edit Events'
5. Draw your automation for those 10 loops
6. Play in songmode |

you can do the mentioned above or make use of the Automation Clips, imo much better
search in the manual for automation clip, it will explain you exactly how to do it, better then I can. |

Pretty much what the first guy said! =)
I'm assuming you have a 4-beat length pattern repeated 10 times on the Playlist.
So, on a completely new pattern, draw Volume automation for that channel for the length of 10x 4 beats. =)
Then just put that pattern alongside your other ones. |
