i have to admit...
i havnt been to the cinema in years. can't stand all this commercial garbage comming out. you see one of these new movies, you have a few laughs, and if you have any sense in you, you forget about it in less than a day. granted, there are a good few that appear here and there, but there hasnt been many lately to really stick with me. ive been digging alot deeper in older films...
no offense to anyone, really! i just wish the world wasn't so brainwashed, force-fed, and plain naive...

totally agree. i can't even remember the last Hollywood blockbuster movie i saw. there's so many great independent and foreign releases that i don't really waste my time seeing the big movies.
i really want to see Layer Cake, will probably go check that out this week. |

well...they're essentially going to be different movies. tim burton is doing a more direct take on the book than the 1st film. so i think willie wonka will be a bit different of a character?
fantastic 4 - looks pretty fun, and michael chiklis is a badass
batman begins - gotta love batman
mr & mrs smith - angelina jolie is in leather or half naked most of the movie...or so the preview shows
wedding crashers - i was loling during the preview

but they were kind of old. Hollywood will certainly make a brand new "hip" one soon |

previews are quite deceptive
i'm kind of interested in Batman Begins just because Christian Bale is in it and i'm a sucker for Christian Bale :D |
