Not quite. The upstairs terrace is still open air, but with the new laws the music ends at 1:00 am. Although, I was up there at 6am Monday morning, and they had background music going...but no DJ. The enclosed terrace is downstairs where the entrance was and wrapping around the building to the south. It's not finished yet, though. For the opening party it was sans roof. They claim it'll be done by July 17th...we'll see.
And I'm living here through the end of October. :) |

how is it living there, is is expensive? (im sure it is), hows the cost of living.. ie food, transportation, rent.. etc |

Expensive is relative. I came from Boston, which makes anything else seem cheap. You can do Ibiza really inexpensively by sharing accom and getting a flat out of the high-demand areas. Renting a car is extremely expensive, but I walk everywhere or take the bus. Frankly, the cost of my 10 day vacation here last year will cover 2 living months here smartly. lol.
I love it here. I get to meet great people from all over the world. Listen to new tunes before they ever get signed. See the best DJs in the best clubs on great systems amongst a ridiculous vibe. No regrets from me. Truthfully, I haven't been going out more than 3 times a week. Choosing to spend my time out on the beach, exploring the island, and relaxing. I'm sure that will change once the opening parties kick off this week. |
