damn matt, i'm only 20 minutes in but this is some damn good stuff. you're so clean with your mixing. I can't wait to listen to the rest, but i do feel put in my place by your mix.
ps. do you always do CDJ ('tis what i saw at NuNRG)?

42 minutes in... groove is still runnin' strong :) i've linked several friends and they all have good things to say... in fact:

I do use CDs, but only because I re-edit many of the tracks I buy and I cannot cut my own vinyls :) On top of that I can find all the music I am looking for on

I really loved the mix. Great selection and the transitions were flawless. :D :eyespop:
I've heard you on Proton Radio but have you looked into sending a demo to ETN.FM or other internet stations.
IMO your mixes are as good, if not better, than the DJ's I've heard on ETN.FM.
Are you ever going to spin up here in Dallas? :conf:

I haven't looked into the ETN.FM stations but I will certainly be doing that now that you mentioned.
I think I might be spinning at a PvD afterparty at Afterlife on the 18th. (after Paul's set of course) this has not been confirmed yet, but those who would be interested in seeing me play there should let the Dual Progress boys know. The more people expressing interest, the more likely me getting to play in Dallas. |

| oh yeah, ETN is a great station :) the only two online radios i listen to are that and AfterHoursDJs.org ... they're both great places and have great communities! :) |

i'm going to take back my comment about the alive mix. i have been listening to your mix quite a few times now and that part has grown on me. i do like it. so yea, great mix -- no complaints. :) |

right on..yeah in a way I am still divided on it lol. The first part "the way you look at me..feel your presence running right through me" goes perfectly while the rest of it is somewhat in key but theres some dissonance while the vocal "alive" sounds a lil out of place. so I find myself wondering if I shoulda just looped the first vocal phrase, then slowly fading out...i dunno lol. Thats just me being overly critical tho. Everytime I listen to a mix I made I critically listen for errors that coulda been avoided or things I coulda did better. Alot of people said they like the blend and since music is always subjective...I guess its all good.
