fixing to get tables and wondering how DJ'ing with CD's works. I mean...how many you select the track first and then mix it in? Can you spin a cd like a vinyl?
CosmoKid
your question doesnt make sense. of course you pick the track first. how else would the cd player know what to play?

you may want to read a bit more and go try out some cd players or learn a little more about DJing before you jump into this.

+1

Anyway it's like using a normal cd player But with a (pitch control, pitch Bend etc)

There ARE THREE KINDS OF CD PLAYERS...

1. Double cd players... These are 2 cd players intergrated in 1 case
(dennon 9000, 4000...)
2. Table top cd players These is a cd player without Scratching
3. Digital Cd players: cd players with scratching (cdj 1000,
Dennon s1000...etc)
Hope that made sence still kinda drunk good night

all cd players are digital. anyways.....

what he means is you can get one that emulates vinyl. look into the:
1) Technics SL-DZ1200 (what I use)
2) Numark CDX
3) Pioneer CDJ-1000

Those are some good ones if you want a vinyl emulation
